Every day make a list of 10 things you are grateful for, in your life today.
And then watch the list of good things expand, things to appreciate grow. What we appreciate grows.
Make a list of important and difficult life lessons, you have learnt. You would know whom to thank them for.
Conversely, if you crib about your life all day, and make a list of things that have gone wrong in your life, you will find that increasing. Try it for yourself and make a choice, thereafter. 🙂
