What You Will Gain from Level 4

Level 4 takes you beyond conventional hypnotic techniques into advanced work with the Subconscious, Higher Self, mind–body intelligence and transpersonal dimensions of healing. You learn how to communicate directly with the Subconscious, access its own understanding of an issue, and work with approaches such as Higher Self Therapy, Somatic Dialoguing, Emotional & Mental Detox, Life Therapy and Ego State/Parts Therapy to uncover and transform patterns that may not respond to ordinary suggestion or regression alone.

The level also introduces the deeper framework of Foreign Energy Dynamics, including aura exploration, recognition of spirit attachments, Spirit Release Therapy and Space Energy Clearance, while developing the discernment, safeguards and therapeutic responsibility required for such work. By the end of Level 4, you are no longer working only with the client’s conscious story—you have a much wider framework for understanding subconscious, somatic, psychological and spiritual influences and a sophisticated set of tools for working with complex, multi-layered healing processes.

What You Will Learn in Depth

Healing Through the Subconscious Mind

Learn how to move beyond giving suggestions to communicating directly with the Subconscious. You explore Subconscious Dialoguing and ways of identifying the deeper beliefs, emotional needs, patterns and inner resources connected with a client’s issue.

The objective is to work with the Subconscious rather than constantly fighting unwanted behaviour through conscious willpower. 

Somatic Dialoguing & the Wisdom of the Body

The body can carry emotional experience through sensation, tension and recurring patterns. Level 4 teaches you to use hypnosis and Somatic Dialoguing to explore the client’s subjective mind-body experience and help the Subconscious communicate through bodily awareness.

The emphasis is on listening to the body rather than imposing an interpretation upon it. 

Emotional & Mental Detox and Life Therapy

Learn content-free and Subconscious-led approaches for working with accumulated emotional charge, repetitive thoughts and deeply embedded patterns without always requiring the client to narrate every detail consciously.

Life Therapy extends this work towards identifying and optimising limiting patterns within the client’s broader life script. 

Higher Self & Transpersonal Healing

Level 4 expands the therapeutic framework beyond the ordinary conscious personality through Higher Self Therapy, surrender, spiritual guidance and exploration of death and beyond.

The emphasis remains on integration: any insight or spiritual experience must ultimately help the client understand and live their present life more consciously.

Parts Therapy & Inner Conflict Resolution

Learn Ego State or Parts Therapy for situations where different aspects of the client appear to want contradictory things. One part may want change while another resists it; one seeks success while another fears its consequences.

You learn to identify these parts, understand their underlying intentions and facilitate dialogue and integration rather than simply trying to suppress the unwanted part. 

Foreign Energy Dynamics & Spirit Release

Level 4 introduces the Inner Journeys framework for understanding Foreign Energy Dynamics, aura exploration, Spirit Release Therapy and Space Energy Clearance.

The emphasis is on discernment rather than assumption. Not every emotional, behavioural or mental-health issue should be interpreted as a spiritual or energetic influence. Students learn to differentiate possibilities, work within appropriate boundaries and recognise when medical, psychiatric or psychological assessment is required. 

From Subconscious Healing to Multi-Layered Therapy

By Level 4, you have already learnt hypnosis, therapeutic techniques, Inner Child Healing, trauma-informed work and regression. You are now learning to recognise that a client’s difficulty can sometimes involve several interacting layers rather than one single cause.

Level 4 therefore develops your ability to work more intuitively while remaining structured, grounded and therapeutically responsible.

Experiential Learning

Level 4 combines theory with demonstrations, practical exercises, supervised practice and experiential work. The focus is not simply on learning techniques, but on developing the judgement to understand when to use them, when not to use them, and how different approaches can be integrated within one therapeutic process.
