Abhishek Joshi is a Spiritual Counsellor, Clinical Hypnotherapist & Trainer (IMDHA, USA), Karmic Healing Master® (Akashic Records), Shadow Work Trainer, Kinetic Shift Practitioner, Past Life Regression Therapist, and Psychic Healer. As the Co-Founder of Inner Journeys: Within & Beyond® and the Inner Journeys School of Soul Sciences (an IMDHA-approved school), he has guided thousands worldwide on their healing and self-discovery journeys.

His journey began in the late 1990s with Pranic Healing and Reiki, and in 2014 he embraced his true calling as a full-time spiritual counsellor and regression therapist. Together with Priyanka Shukla, he co-founded Inner Journeys®, expanding their work to individual sessions, workshops, and international retreats. He also served as an empanelled therapist at one of Delhi’s most renowned spiritual centres.

Abhishek has co-created several pioneering modalities with Priyanka and their spirit guides, including Remote Akashic Records Healing (Karmic Healing), Remote Spirit Release Therapy, Family Tree Healing, and Space/Energy Clearance. Their collective innovations have become benchmarks in the field of modern spiritual healing.

In 2018, the establishment of the Inner Journeys® School of Soul Sciences fulfilled his long-cherished vision: to create an academy where seekers could be trained as professional therapists and healers. Today, the school offers Diploma programs in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Angel Healing, Akashic Records, and Shadow Work, empowering students worldwide to step into their purpose.

Abhishek is associated with international bodies such as the International Alliance of Professional Hypnotists (IAPH, USA) and the International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT, USA), aligning his work with global professional standards.

A Living Mission

Alongside co-founder Priyanka Shukla, Abhishek co-created the Inner Journeys Healing Circle, a platform offering free webinars on healing and hypnotherapy. Their YouTube channel now hosts over 150 free meditations and talks, ensuring that healing resources remain accessible to all, especially those who cannot afford therapy.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, he co-hosted free online meditation gatherings, supporting mental health and collective resilience in one of humanity’s most challenging times.

Journey so far..

Born in the sacred town of Haridwar, cradled by the timeless flow of the Ganges, Abhishek’s early life was steeped in devotion and faith. His family’s spiritual roots trace back to Neem Karoli Baba of Kainchi, their family’s guru (kulguru). Visits to the Kankhal ashram of Anandamayi Ma, one of the most revered saints of her time, known for her ecstatic experiences herself, memories of evening aarti, kirtan and her indelible presence, which continued for decades, left subtle yet powerful impressions. Years later, while sitting in silence at her samadhi mandir (memorial shrine), Abhishek experienced a spontaneous conversation with her — a moment of innocent inner communion marked the awakening of his intuitive journey.

Life, however, led him to Delhi, where he spent over a decade in the advertising world as a copywriter. This phase honed his creativity, his ability to understand human emotions, and his gift for communication — skills that would later serve as profound tools in his healing work. Yet, amid the glitter of campaigns and deadlines, his soul longed for something deeper. That call became impossible to ignore. In 1998, Abhishek began his spiritual healing practice with Pranic Healing and later Reiki.

Over the years, he met many teachers and gurus, learning something from each, but he slowly realised that the answers he sought could not come from outside alone. His path led him to step away from both the corporate world and the search for external gurus, and instead, walk the solitary road of self-discovery. In that silence, he discovered what seekers across ages have found — that the true Guru resides within — leading him away from dependence on external teachers toward a solitary yet deeply transformative path.

Determined to walk this calling, he gathered transformative tools — Clinical Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression Therapy, Inner Child Healing, Shadow Work, Spiritual Regression, and Kinetic Shift. Each became both a doorway for his personal healing and a way to guide others into theirs.

Over the past three decades, Abhishek has witnessed the world of spirituality and healing expand, flourish, and at times become complex. His insights and experience now help seekers cut through the noise, find clarity, and walk their unique path with simplicity and depth.

And yet, as he often reminds his students and clients, the journey toward light never truly ends. Every healing, every insight, every moment of grace is but another step closer to the infinite.

This very spirit gave birth to Inner Journeys: Within & Beyond®, which Abhishek co-founded with Priyanka Shukla. What began as a calling has now become a global platform of healing, training, and spiritual exploration. Through Inner Journeys, he continues to share the wisdom of his path — guiding people into deeper connection with their soul, helping them release karmic burdens, and empowering them to awaken their own inner light.

For Abhishek, the work is not just about therapy or technique — it is about holding space for transformation. A reminder that each soul carries its own map home, and that the role of a guide is simply to help uncover it.
